With the Government’s Affordable Warmth Scheme, you could be eligible for one of our free or heavily subsidised boiler replacement grants.

• Your current boiler needs to be over 6 years old. 

​

• You or someone living in your home has to be in receipt of one of the qualifying benefits (see list below).

​

• You are a home owner. Private tenants, council houses and housing association properties do not qualify.​

​

You could be eligible if you receive one of the below listed benefits:

• Pension credit guaranteed

• Income related employment and support (ESA)

• Income based job seekers allowance (JSA)

• Income support

• Tax credits (child or working tax credits)

• Disability living allowance (DLA)

• Universal credit

• Personal independence payment (PIP)

• Carer’s allowance

• Attendance allowance

• Any type of armed forces or war pension/benefit

 

• Once you have completed our online form one of our team will give you a call to get a few more details and verbally verify your information.

• We will then fill in all necessary paperwork and submit an application into the government scheme on your behalf.

​

• Once the application has been verified we will arrange a convenient time when we can get one of our qualified surveyors to call out to the property to carry out a short survey which takes about 30 minutes to complete. Most of this survey is to allow us to get some photos of your current boiler and heating setup which will be used by our technical department to ensure that we get you the correct size boiler and heating controls to suit the needs and size of your property. We will also check the property to see whether it would be suitable to have the underfloor insulation too.

• The final step will be for us to book you in with one of our qualified OFTEC installers for your install.
