• Your current gas boiler needs to be over 6 years old.

​

• You need to be the homeowner of the property. Unfortunately rented properties do not qualify.

​

• You need to be in receipt of one of the qualifying benefits listed below.

​

• Your property needs to have a suspended floor to be suitable to have the underfloor insulation. If you are unsure as to whether your property has this please give us a call or a message and we will be able to find out for you.

​What will the grant cover?

​

• Once you have completed our online form one of our team will give you a call to get a few more details and verbally verify your information.

​

• We will then fill in all necessary paperwork and submit an application into the government scheme on your behalf.

​

• Once the application has been verified we will arrange a convenient time when we can get one of our qualified surveyors to call out to the property to carry out a short survey which takes around 20-30 minutes. Most of this survey is to allow us to get some photos of your current boiler and heating setup which will be used by our technical department to ensure that we get you the correct size boiler and heating controls to suit the needs and size of your property. These photos are also used as part of the application to prove the property meets the criteria for the grant. Lastly the survey allows us to view the property so that we can talk you through how the underfloor insulation could be done.

• ·The final step will be for us to book you in with one of our qualified OFTEC installers for your install. Both install cost and the full cost of the boiler and insulation will be covered by your government grant.
